'RADIO GEORGE' HAS A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS | Bottom Line ...

?Radio George,? the Internet radio station started by former KC talk radio host George Kaywood in 2008, recorded its most site visits in history in December after the station boasted 10 separate Christmas Channels.

There were 31, 912 visitors last month, which was the highest in Radio George history and a little more than double the best months of 2012.? Dec 24th was the heaviest single traffic day with 2,856 visits. From Dec 21-31, daily visits were over 2,100 each day.

The fascinating aspect of Radio George is the station is heard in 192 countries/territories.? The top 10 are:

United States
Dominican Republic
Philippines
Germany
Canada
Great Britain
Brazil
Mexico???
France???
Indonesia

In December, the Christmas channels had the most listeners with a count of just under 28,000. The top other channels, in order were oldies, the Kansas City-based Neon Beat, and jazz.

In addition to a variety of channels featuring oldies, jazz, country, etc., in ?January Woods has rolled out a special tribute channel featuring the music the late Patti Page and another one focusing on the Motown sound.
